Hello world!

I am a Ph.D. student at Birkbeck, University of London in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems and the Department of Psychological Sciences, advised by Geroge Magoulas and Michael Thomas. My current research brings together machine learning and behavioral genetics with a particular interest in transfer learning using deep neural networks.

In the dept. of computer science I am a member of the Birkbeck Knowledge Lab, Birkbeck Institute for Data Analytics and the Experimental Data Science Research Group.

At the Centre for Brain & Cognitive Development, I am a member of the Developmental Neurocognition Lab and the Birkbeck Babylab where I apply state of the art machine learning on high dimensional electroencephalogram data.

I am also teaching Introduction to Data Analytics and Machine Learning with Python at City, University of London.

Finally, I am a research fellow on PDkit, the open source data science python toolkit for Parkinson’s Disease supported by the Michael J. Fox Foundation. We are currently actively inviting contributors via https://github.com/pdkit.
